Change Notice: VPN + Key Server Required
Greetings,
Due to recent licensing changes, the VDI portal is no longer available
off campus; however, a workaround is in place to allow access offsite using the
Student VPN client and Key Server console. Please follow the instructions
below:
From Offsite a connection to VPN is required if accessing a lab computer from
off-campus.
Windows
Below are descriptions of instructional documents and videos attached to this
article for Windows systems:
1.
Install Student VPN Client on Windows.
o
This will allow access to the Keyserver using a PC.
2.
Remote Access to a Windows Lab Workstation using a PC.
o
This is access from a PC to a PC in the lab.
3.
Install and Setup Splashtop Business App Client
o
Install on your PC to connect to a Mac workstation in the lab.
4.
Remote Access to a Mac Lab Workstation using a PC.
o
This is access from a PC to a Mac in the lab
5.
Keyserver Windows Video
Mac

This needs to be installed to access a PC in the lab from a Mac.
